Who will be cleaning my home?

One to two trained Amazing Cleaning Professionals. Our cleaning professionals are insured and bonded.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?

No, you do not have to been home when we come. We understand that we have to earn your trust while in your home. If you would like us to come to your home when you are not home we require that you either give us a key or the garage code. In the event we are locked out of the home when scheduled to clean, their will be a lock out fee of $25. 

What time will the Maids come to my home?

We want to work around your schedule as much as possible. Amazing Cleaning Services works Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 4:00pm.

What should I do to prepare the house before cleaning?

We prefer that all toys, clothing, and pet items are picked up. We also require that all animals are locked up.

What if damage is done while cleaning?

We care about you and your home. We will treat all of you items with respect. Should something happen, Amazing Cleaning Services Inc, will make every effort to repair or replace the item.

Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

No, Amazing Cleaning Services will provide all proper materials and equipment to clean your house.

What is my liability for all maids?

None, Amazing Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded and will cover all employee occurrences requiring work related items.

Can I cancel Service?

Yes, you can cancel Service. Amazing Cleaning Services requires a 72 hour notice when canceling. If a 72 hour notice is not given, a fee will be assessed in the amount of $25.

How do I pay for the Service?

Amazing Cleaning Services accepts cash or check. If you prefer check, please place it in an envelope if possible, and leave it on the counter when the maids come.
